PATENTED SAFETY LID
  • 304 Stainless Lid - complete seam-welding makes cleaning a breeze and is HACCP Compliant with the elimination of areas for pathogen growth.
  • Large Apron - Contains steam longer when lid is raised to reduce harmful blast of steam. Allows cool air to circulate between the pan body and apron keeping the apron front and side edges "cool to the touch" while preventing dangerous drippings on the floor.
  • Condensate Return - Integrally formed as part of the lid to safely collect condensed moisture when the lid is raised and return it to the pan.
  • Full Length Rear Steam Vent - Continually releases excess steam.
  • Drip Collector – Condensate from vented steam is collected and safely directed to the drain. Prevents dangerous drippings on the floor.
